Ray Loftus is from Earth, he was born in the South African megacity, he went to Altair to attend a Tower Basics class and that is where he met the Rowan.
Ray was transferred to Capella with excellent ratings. When the Rowan was given Callisto Tower she requested Ray as part of her Tower staff, as a technician.
